Women are important to me. I ​advise women on their rights. I help women to find the best ways to enforce their rights in daily life. I specialize in employment, social security and family matters.

I help women in protecting their rights in the workplace. I support them in cases concerning mobbing, discrimination, and problems with returning to work after maternity leave or a wrongful termination. I handle negotiations and dispute resolution with employers as well as support women in labor law litigation. I also advise on social security rights and options and handle disputes with the Polish Social Insurance Institution.

I provide family law support. I help women navigate divorces, separations or proceedings concerning child alimony, paternal responsibilities or child visitation rules. I support women as victims of domestic violence and in family mediation and litigation.

I represent women before courts and tribunals, including courts of all instances, as well as the Polish Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights.
